Profile

TBG's role as a consulting group would be to build long term relationships internally and externally for the NPO that you serve in. Our focus would be to help you in planning, forecasting, marketing and development for effective building key stakeholders of people who you serve (internally and externally). Our goal is to bring life to your passion that would bear fruit and fruit that lasts.

Key Skills

I bring a strong consistent practice of: understanding people, systems, and a deep knowledge of the current mosaic of people groups, communities and leaders of groups and stakeholders.  It is shown in having networking relationships with various mosaic groups, along with the capability of developing new ones, understanding various channel management, program strategy, and development training in building long term stakeholders. Raising money strategies that build stakeholders passion for their organization they are called to support.

Development

Stakeholders, campaign, Foundations, planned giving, direct mail and marketplace understanding of NPO’s for long term partnering. Understand the current landscape of Philanthropy and people passions.

Managed endowments, developed national gifting programs with several NPO's. Endowment and Capital Campaign planning

Relationship, trust then follows (the ask for) money every time. Stakeholders rather than donors. Stakeholders – pray, participate and give so you can recruit, retain and have long term results.

Training

Teaching teacher, groups in inner city, urban, national and international settings from refugee camps to Universities and business settings.

Taught over 180,000 people in the last 15 years.

Developed training material for teachers to teach English as Business Language. Also training materials for Short-term international travel.

I enjoy giving people a hand up so they can better themselves and others around them.

We all need stronger tools and encouragement to push forward in our mission.

Management

Knowledge and skill of being able to handle differing types of mosaics (people groups nationally and internationally), event management background from 50 to over 14,500, organized group volunteers from 10 to over 750.

National Management using “HubCity” concept  with volunteer leaders and  strategic giving teams.

Local Management using “zip regions” plus Volunteer leaders in each area with SGT’s.

People in the right position using their gifts always free others to develop their gifts even more. Servant leadership isn’t a axiom but truth in action.

Creative Solutions

Scope and sequence planning and able to meet needs with excellent networking skills. I look to build coalitions to make each project be wholistic and long term in effectiveness.

With my knowledge of people and people movements there are skills and gifts that can bring solutions.

Problems are always looking for more than one creative solutions.
